What to do if your details aren't showing up on the Motor Insurance Database

Even though we send your details to the Motor Insurance Database (MID) very quickly, due
to the short-term nature of our policies we can’t guarantee exactly when it will appear.
No need to worry though - as long as you've bought a policy and it's still active,
legally you’re still fully insured.
Your policy documents and insurance certificate are your proof of insurance. These are
available in the app and will also be emailed to you after purchase.
Plus, you can use our website https://www.mid.cuvva-mulsanne.com to
check that
you're insured.
Finally, just so you know, it’s the law that all vehicles on the road are insured at all
times. That’s known as Continuous
Insurance Enforcement.
